OKEY IKPE, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer


Mr. Okey Ikpe is the pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of (OMNL) Office Machines Nigeria Limited. The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ikpe as the Group Managing Director of OMNL group. On this position, he will be responsible for strategic planning, coordination, supervision, management and orchestration of the corporate growth, revenue, profit plans and target of the organizations under the group in West Africa covering Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, Sierra Leone and Liberia. Under his leadership he will manage the budget, business growth, attainment of revenue target, customer and stakeholders satisfaction, governance and community social inclusion programs..
He is a seasoned and highly experienced consultant with primary focus on information technology, information and cyber security, enterprise architecture, business process management, procurement, audit, business continuity and development of policies on modern governance and public sector transformation for emerging markets.
He has a proven track record, having worked for global Information Technology companies such as Compaq Computers, International Business Machines (IBM) Microsoft Corporation and Data Processing Maintenance and Services Limited, a premier IBM company.
As the Public Sector Director, Okey was instrumental in the elevation of Microsoft Corporation as a trusted Information Technology advisor in Nigeria and Ghana which culminated in a strategic technology partnership agreement with the Federal government of Nigeria with revenue of ($19.3m) of software and services. He established Microsoft offices in Abuja and as Regional Business Development Manager Ghana and Gambia, Okey reinvigorated Microsoft small and medium enterprises. His outstanding contribution not only positively impacted business and revenue growth but also created digital inclusion and empowerment of people and communities especially women and children.;.
Before joining Microsoft, Okey was the Regional Sales Manager IBM West Africa. At a time that IBM lost market share in the personal computing business in Europe and America Okey orchestrated a partner – led business model that positioned IBM personal computing division as the market leader in West Africa. His drive for excellence, consistent customer satisfaction and impeccable performance earned him the IBM outstanding circle of excellence award.
Okey helped to facilitate major technology seminars, workshops on cyber security, e government architecture, role of information technology in a cashless economy, Effective use of technology in transformation of education in West Africa, National strategic IT plan for Nigeria and Software Oriented Architecture.
He has served in various capacities in Government namely Technical Advisor National Population Commission, Member National Software Strategic Initiative, Board Chairman Federal Government Unity School, Member National IT Strategic Plan, Secretary Strategic Technology Partnership Agreement Implementation Committee etc.
He is married with three children. He loves playing football, squash and is a beginner in golf. He is also an ardent fan of Barcelona Football club.


At a board meeting held on November 2, 2010 Patrick Nwachukwu was appointed the company secretary and legal adviser of Office Machines Nigeria Limited.
Patrick had his bachelor degree in Law at the University of Calabar where he graduated with honours, second class upper division. He completed his Barrister at Law at the Nigerian Law School and had a Masters degree in Law at the University of Ibadan Nigeria.
His outstanding thirteen years legal practice exposed him to various aspects of law covering Courtroom Advocacy, Settlement of Briefs And Pleadings, Conduct of Trials And Appeals, Mediation and Arbitral Preparation and Participation, Perfection of Instruments on behalf of clients, Debt Recovery and Enforcements, Tax, Labour, Superannuation and Pension Consultancy and Advisory, Registration of Trademarks, Patents and Designs, Company Secretarial Services, Legal Consultancy, Immigration Consultancy and Advisory, General Office and Personnel Administration, Perfection of Instruments such as Debentures, Lease Agreements, Conveyances etc. Up-stamping of Deeds, Filing And Perfection of Negative Pledges and Deeds of Release on behalf of banks, conducting Status Searches and Enquiries for Banks and Embassies.
When Patrick is not practicing Law, he spends time writing and reflecting on literary works and poetry. Some of his published works includes “IN THE DOCK – A Society in the Court of Conscience” (a collection of poems) and Trading PlacesÂ’ in DRUM VOICES REVUE, a publication of Literary Department of the southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, USA. Most recent publication is “Petals of Mercy” (a motivational work based on practical experience. Finally revised edition of “IN THE DOCK – A Society in the Court of Conscience” (a collection of poems).
Patrick is the Managing Partner and Head Lagos Office of Jachin and Boaz Solicitors. Before then he worked for other renowned law firms namely Rosefield Solicitors and Nwabu Okoye and Co.
He spent one year at Ebonyi State University as a lecturer before going into full time legal practice. Patrick is happily married with three children.

Chukwuemeka Megwa


Chukwuemeka Megwa has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Imo State University. He has several professional trainings and certification on NIIT/Sun Micro Systems, Java Certified Programmer & Web Component Developer and IBM Certified BPM Analyst and Developer.

In additional to a business analysis role he has led several strategic projects as a project manager. This includes the design and development of a bespoke application on Customer Compliant Handling System (CHS) for the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), deployment of IP video conference solution based on AsteriksNow for the Independent National Regulatory Commission, and the design of the Revenue Mobilization and Fiscal Authority Commission (RMFAC) management information system.

Emeka is amiable, meticulous and accountable.

Uchechi Ezem


Uchechi Ezem has an honorary degree in Accounting from Veritas University. She has an incredible zest for excellence, unwavering passion and drive for excellence.

Her responsibility as the Office Manager includes coordination, and orchestration of the finance and accounting functions in the organization. She has organizational skills demonstrated by her natural inclination to manage and take charge. She is meticulous, accountable and diligent.

Before joining Office Machines she worked for Federal Capital Development Agency (F.C.D.A), specifically in Health Planning Research and Statistics Department under the Health and Human Services Secretariat. While at FCDA has garnered experience in administration, book keeping and people management.
